Artwork purchased from Ghazal Elhaei is not to be resold at a higher value. Ghazal retains the right to determine the market value of her artwork. If you are interested in ordering artwork in volumes or at wholesale, please enquire directly.
Brightness, contrast and colour may vary on different screens and devices. If you are in need of a specific colour match, please request additional photos or video prior to purchase.
Credit/Debit Card Payments are accepted online. Cash is also accepted with in studio and Greater Vancouver area purchases. To purchase items via PayPal invoice, please contact me prior to purchase. Please note a 3% service charge will be added to all PayPal transactions.
All sales are final. There are no returns on commissions once approved. A non-refundable 25% deposit on commissions may be used in the shop or towards another commission.
All pre-made artwork is shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Commission paintings are shipped after completed. All pre-made artwork shipping costs are estimated at checkout. If postage is greater than the estimated cost, you will receive an invoice to the total unpaid amount due prior to shipping. If you’d like to know the precise shipping rate for an item ahead of time, please email me prior to purchase. All paintings include insurance and come with a tracking number. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email from me with the details.
If you’re located in Vancouver, BC and surrounding areas, free pick-up is available. Please email to arrange before purchase.
ITEMS DAMAGED OR DELAYED/LOST
Items may be delayed in shipment due to weather, holidays and other circumstances beyond my or the carrier’s control. If you feel your package is delayed, or if you think it may be lost, please contact me for assistance. If your item has been damaged in shipment, please contact me as soon as possible after the item arrives.
